APPOINTMENTS

Please call or email to schedule an appointment. Therapy sessions are 50 minutes. Follow-up medicine management meetings are 25 minutes. Initial evaluations usually require several 50-minute sessions.

CANCELLATIONS

Please provide 24-48 hours notice of the need to cancel a scheduled appointment. I do not charge if cancellation occurs due to an emergency or illness.

PAYMENT

Fees are billed monthly for those who pay with a check. Credit card payments occur at the time of service. All patients receive a monthly statement that includes the codes necessary for out of network insurance reimbursement. Please contact me for additional information about fees and payment.
